Birth 2 Death. (b2d.)
Pop-Color Pantones meets Dada meets the witty sarcasm of your average college student. Welcome to Birth 2 Death. (b2d.), a brand identity with one audacious goal: to combat climate change by being as much of a devil-may-care, slaphappy a**hole as humanly possible. Without b2d., we’re f***ed!
Through sustainable practices, no-holds-barred designs, and a splash of hope, b2d. rallies the generation that can stop every ounce of sh*t from hitting the fan to force greater change for the future.

The Brand Strategy
Harnessing the language of Gen Z's digital culture, b2d. employs memeification to tackle fear and trauma head-on—after all, what better way to cope than by making fun of it?
With a range of physical media and merchandise, supporters can join the fight against climate change. Who doesn’t love snagging some swag while supporting a cause?
Alongside memeification and merchandise, b2d. curates a country-wide interactive exhibition, giving society a glimpse into the future if climate change remains unsolved.

The b2d. Exhibition
Planned as a traveling experience, the b2d. exhibition uses wall projections to visualize the world of 2050, highlighting climate change effects like global warming, rising sea levels, overconsumption, and light pollution. The final section features a gift shop offering sarcastic items reflecting our dwindling natural resources.
Visitors leave with a card personalized with their future age, indicating the point at which climate change will become irreversible for them—a personal doomsday clock. This keepsake is more than just a takeaway, it’s a stark reminder for society to change its ways.
Afterword
While this project was constrained by time, the fusion of physical and digital media significantly impacted my evolution as a graphic designer. It represents a transitional point in my journey, and I hope to explore my 'visual individuality' further as I learn and grow.
In the future, I aim to look back on this project with pride—not for its simplicity, but for my courage to explore and take risks in a realm where many would play it safe. After all, without passion, there is no innovation.
