SCADpro x Deloitte DS&J: The Green Room Experience

In collaboration with SCADpro, our team reimagined Deloitte’s Defense, Security, and Justice (DS&J) recruitment process to enhance its appeal in federal spaces. We were also tasked with refining Deloitte DS&J’s social media practices by tapping into public service motivations, attracting active and passive candidates. Over ten weeks, our team delivered three branded content videos, a social media campaign, and an interactive escape room experience designed to inspire the next generation of public servants.

My Role

As Creative Director, I contributed to the early stages of user research, gathering insights and nearly 1,000 data points from interviews. I led brainstorming sessions and shaped creative concepts for Deloitte DS&J’s future recruitment strategies, including the visual development of the branded content videos.

In the final stages of the project, I designed the puzzles and floor plan for our condensed escape room experience, titled The Green Room Experience. This deliverable served as the opener to our final pitch presentation, showcasing its potential as a tool for Deloitte DS&J’s recruitment and team-building.

The Green Room Experience

This escape room was more than just an interactive element in our final presentation; it was designed to mirror the challenges and opportunities in Deloitte DS&J’s recruitment process. Our research revealed how team-based activities could boost morale, improve soft skills, and give insights into worker behavior. Collaborative activities like The Green Room Experience serve as catalysts for employee development and healthier work culture.

Drawing inspiration from physical and digital escape rooms attended alongside my team, I designed hybrid puzzles with collaboration and adaptability in mind, emphasizing the evolving nature of our current work environments.

Final Branded Content Videos

Our social media campaign featured 3 square-format videos, tailored to maximize engagement on platforms like Instagram and LinkedIn. These videos highlighted Deloitte DS&J’s core values and commitment to public service.

I collaborated with our motion designers, Alex Pugach and Riley Carson, to ensure alignment with the campaign’s goals.
